Accepts and screen application for water and assist on prospective individuals for the water connection concernsAdminister utilities such as electrical, water and internet connectionMonitors fixed asset inventory and office suppliesPerforms administrative tasks related to the improvement of water system and site officeReceives and forwards technical service request to the technical person for proper assigning of tasksPrepares budget request for repairs, payment, purchases, and the like and liquidates them accordinglyClose coordination with other Branch Associate, Technical Operations Officer and head office teamReceiving of deliveries and other trackingChecks outgoing Metering materials submitted by Tech OfficerReports and coordinates customer concerns/complaints with operations teamReports repair and maintenance requirements to technical teamObserves and maintains the cleanliness of Branch OfficeMonthly reporting of clients status monitoring reportAccepts payments and issue official receipt among customer/clientsDaily deposit of collection thru bankDaily submission of back up fileLiquidation of Petty cash fund, receive materials and reimbursement
