Branch Associate

JOB PURPOSE: Branch Associate is responsible for the day-to-day branch transactions, which start with attending to customers' inquiries as soon as possible. The main objective of a Branch Associate is to deliver the best customer experience and attend to all transactions as well as customer concerns, and give value to every unit and customer.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Processing of all branch transactions such as trade, renew, sales buy back.2.Attend every customer concern.3.Determine customer needs and offer product solution.4.Make cash withdrawals and deposits.5.Accomplish daily report such as transaction and inventory reports.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:A.Academic Background/Knowledge Graduate of any four-year course or at least finish 2 years in college.B.Skills Good communication skillsGood negotiation skillsGood customer service skillsArithmetic SkillsReadable handwritingIn-depth knowledge of GadgetsC.Work ExperienceNo experience is required, but the experience is an advantage.D.Personal AttributesE.Training AttendedInnovative and resourceful.Pleasing personalityHave strong self-confidence in facing people.Can handle and resolve customers' concerns and problems.Ability to adapt to any kind of customer.F.Working ConditionsG.Work AssignmentSafety and health issues of employees are promoted at all times.
