Summary :
Responsible for evaluating the performance of our call center staff. Provides critical support to the Call Center Leader in the support and management of overall call center operations. Monitors calls and gives trend statistics, quality reports, and comments. Maintain and improve internal support and call center quality assurance standards. Monitoring and analyzing customer interactions while ensuring consistent compliance with internal and external regulations. Qualifications: Quality experience handling US Healthcare  Experience in Claims, Clinical Appeals, Billing, Benefits Eligibility > preferably RCM, UMR and prior authorization  Six Sigma knowledge (advantage) Willing to work onsite in Pasig City Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
