**JOB SUMMARY**:Perform estimates of parts and damage for the Body/Paint shop, responsible for processing clients' repair estimates and requests, coordinating with operations status of repair and parts.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Provide BP Service Advisor services to assigned branches (Managers and BP Service Advisors) based on the company's level and timely quality of services.- Provide correct information and status of all client's units to the assigned clients, WIP and Daily report, etc.- Perform accurate Body and Paint estimates for clients.- Proper coordination with client and parts department for parts status and issuance, etc.- Proper checking the client's PO details, PO amounts, Profit, Itemized services, and proper transmittal to the operations and monitoring of each repair stage.- Perform proper vehicle checklist per approved procedures.- Obtaining timely schedule for units and management of unscheduled units with the clients.- Performing regular quality checks and status of the unit in each repair stage.- Directly Reports to the S.A Supervisor, BP Operations Supervisor, and Operations Manager- Manage the highest level of timely service and relationship with the clients' counterparts and provide solutions and advise on any client or vehicle owner concerns**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**:- College Graduate or technical school.
