Bookkeeping Staff

Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any business related courses
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Can communicate effectively to all level in the organization

Job Description:
Collates used SI, DR, OR, CR series report from all branches and verifies completeness through system report generation;
In-charge of issuance, inventory, monitoring of near expiry and request of accountable forms nationwide;
Prepares 2307 or expanded withholding tax of supplier payments nationwide;- Encode and file received creditable withholding tax to supplier payments nationwide;
Submits monthly report for VAT filing - Sales, Purchases, Disbursement and Importation;
Regular updating and checking of Zero rated certificates and Sales Journal entries nationwide;
Monitor, update and file physical looseleaf Sales Invoice and DR (Cebu only)- Assist in the processing of annual business permit renewal
Photocopy supplier-issued receipts for external bookkeeping compilation;
Assist any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate head.
