BOOKKEEPEROversees the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.Prepare monthly financial reporting, reconcile general ledger entries, record payments and adjustments, and consolidate sales reports.Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.QUALIFICATIONS:Experienced self-starter with organization efficiency.Experienced and knowledgeable in using accounting softwares such as - QuickBooks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Reliable computer, either desktop or laptop.Stable internet connection.Backup device and a backup internet service provider.Dedicated workspace.Headset and webcam.WORK ARRANGEMENT:Work from homeFull-time roleSchedule: TBD ESTRate: $6/hour
