Start and build your career with BMG Outsourcing - one of the well-respected Australian-owned Outsourcing Company with offices in Clark and Sydney, providing high quality services to clients and promising career to its employees.Our client is currently looking for a **Bookkeeper** to assist the team in achieving their business goals by providing bookkeeping and administrative services.**Responsibilities**:- Processing of suppliers invoices in accounting system allocating to appropriate accounts whilst ensuring correct GST coding.- Processing of income according to payment references or remittance- Processing of cash receipts and credit card receipts- Bank reconciliation on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis- Filing relevant documents into online filing system- Draft preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) on a monthly or quarterly basis- Draft preparation of Installment Activity Statements (IAS) on a monthly basis- Prepare financial reports and issue to Australian Manager on a monthly basis- Reconciliation of financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis- Preparing of financial analysis report for clients- Full GST reconciliation for the financial year- Full PAYG reconciliation for the financial year- Entering of accountants journals with adjustments made to account coding in that financial year**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping/administration work experience- Detail oriented and organized- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills- Bookkeeping qualifications- Good Xero/MYOB accounting system Experience (Preferably)- Positive outlook and able to build positive relationship with the team and the clients- Generally able to work independently and with a team- Excellent personal time and task ('To do list') management & prioritisation- The person is keen to learn and serve in all the fields of bookkeeping, accounting and office administration**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Australian Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)- Australian Accounting: 1 year (preferred)- Xero / MYOB: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
