Bookkeeper/Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting Information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and forecast of budget reports.
Manage month-end and year-end closing reports
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Complies with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new policies, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

Job Qualification:
Open to learn, willing to mentor, can lead a team, innovative
Bachelor’s Degree in Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Familiar with Quick books
Has had at least 2 years of work experience in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
