Job Description:
Maintain and update billing records in adherence with company policy Handle inbound calls from customers regarding any billing concerns. Monior payments of customers and make follow ups with customers when payment lapses occur Protect the company's value by keeping billing information confidential Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree course graduate or completed at least 2 years in college (with no back subject) At least 18 months BPO experience Billing experience preferred but not required Good to Excellent English Communication skills Amenable to work on shifting schedule (including night shift) Willing to work in Taguig SALARY PACKAGE:
