Collection Efficiency: Timely preparation of billing notices and reports generation on a monthly basis with zero complaints from owners regarding billings
Disbursements and Payables Management: Assistance provided in the documentation and recording of all accounts payables and receivables
Payroll and Attendance Monitoring: Preparation of attendance and tardiness reports on a monthly basis for payroll; assistance and guidance provided to employees in the filing of loans to SSS and Pagibig if any; preparation and release of employees’ salary and wages on a timely manner
Records Management and Reports: Maintain a systematic recording of accounting reports such as but not limited to: income tax reports, documentation of loans and government remittances, unit owners contracts, files, association dues notices, etc.
