Bilingual Spanish/English Administrative Assistant

- Ability to perform work involving independent judgment, accuracy, and speed, maintain confidential files, and prepare materials- Daily upkeep of spreadsheets on Google Sheets- Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence and memorandum- Proactively establishes, and maintains highly organised filing system; files correspondence and other records- Assists in the development and implementation of department systems and procedures as needed- Problem resolution, knowing when to escalate issues to management versus issues that can be handled independently- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
