BILINGUAL CANTONESE/ENGLISH CSR
Philippines’ trusted executive search and recruitment company Lennor Metier is urgently recruiting for a highly technical Bilingual Cantonese/English CSR on behalf of one of the leading outsourcing companies.
The position will be based in Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines.
Responsibilities
Communicates with the internal stakeholder to implement performance management cycle and initiatives
Identify and receive fault reporting & service inquiries from VIP clients through telephone
Handle simple troubleshooting on e-banking services
Provide case updates to our customers and clients
Answer calls in a native language and/or English based on the needs of the account
Willing to accept that functions and responsibilities that may be modified based on the needs of the Account (i.e. Work during the holiday season, shifting schedules, handling any contact channel such as chat, email and Social Media)
Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.

Qualifications
At least Two Years in College
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
BPO exposure is an advantage
Good time management, able to multi-task and can work under high pressure
Good interpersonal skills
Experience in banking, finance or the insurance industry is an advantage
Able to work in shifting schedules
