Manages and oversee benefits section (performance monitoring, coaching, mentoring)Key contact of Account Officers of government agenciesDirectly coordinates with AOs with regard to concerns pertaining to government claims and contributionsEnsures that all reports and scorecards are updated and delivered based on agreed timelineLeads monthly alignment with OP and other TNCI depts per requestKey contact of all HMO and Insurance providers (application and enrollment; contract renewal)Creation of new processes in coordination and alignment with ETP that are significant in the improvement of the benefits section.Updating of Benefits manual in coordination and alignment with ETPHandles Benefits SOPOOversee E-care and ensure concerns are addressed based on an agreed timeline. Escalation to ETP should there be critical concerns raised that need to be resolvedIn charge of mancom report with close coordination with ETPUpdating of E-library where benefits docs are stored and ensuring all documents are intact for future reference
