JOB DESCRIPTION

? Teach online classes video or phone
? Teach using the curriculum and lesson plan across multiple levels of students as assigned
? Students are of Korean nationality, ranging from pre-schoolers to professionals
? Classes are done on one-on-one basis and in group classes
? Accomplish daily and monthly evaluation of student?s progress
? Preparing materials to supplement the textbooks provided
? Conduct writing classes and help in student?s different written works
? Accomplish ESL paperwork within given deadlines
? Participate in meetings and ongoing programs for teachers
? Comply with company policies and procedures
