We own and operate an e-commerce business that sells products for golf carts online. Yes, golf carts. We have been in business for 5 years and are growing rapidly. We are a team of 5 with 3 Full-Time Employees in the United States, and 2 Full-Time Virtual Employee in the Philippines. We are looking for TWO (2) special someones to be our 3rd & 4th Full-Time VA/Customer Service team members from the Philippines!
If you are the person that fixes something right away or makes your bed without being asked, then you are what I am searching for.
It is very critical that you:
(1) Can speak & type in fluent English
(2) Are EXTREMELY reliable
(3) Enjoy learning and learn quickly
(4) Have a positive attitude :)
What will you be doing?
• Working with team members to respond to customer emails (daily)
• Inputting tracking numbers into our shopping cart system (daily)
• Helping to process customer returns (daily)
• Reviewing invoices for correct quantities/costs (daily)
• Commenting on social media & customer reviews (daily)
• Answering calls from customers (potentially in future)
• Researching & completing random projects from time to time (weekly/monthly)
• Having fun chatting with other team members via Slack!
• Learning about golf carts and how an e-commerce company operates!
When will you be working?
Night shift during US business hours Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.

This will be a Full-Time position (40 hours/week) beginning as soon as possible. We are looking for a long-term employee for years to come. Pay starts at $475/Month and 13th Month Bonus. We will ask qualified candidates to complete a 4 week trial (we pay for every minute you work with us, hopefully it's for a long long long time!)
