Responsibilities
• Manages daily operations workflow• Conducts timely performance evaluations• Handles employee discipline and terminations• Shapes and communicates organization's operational strategy• Collaborates with departments, guiding operational goals and projects• Recommends and implements new processes and technologies• Establishes and enforces operational policies and standards• Approves project cost-control reports and staffing requirements• Presents regular performance reports to leadership• Identifies and addresses training needs• Performs assigned related duties
Requirements
• Over 10 years of work experience, with 3+ years in upper management roles in Banking/Financial Services/Customer Service in a BPO setting• Experience in BFSI, Travel, Tech support, and other verticals is advantageous• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities• Extensive knowledge of industry principles and best practices• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software• Ability to analyze data, ask relevant questions, and present information to stakeholders• Experience managing a team of around 2000 FTE• Strong understanding of P&L, cost management, and financial performance
