Provide advice, guidance, opinions, direction, and training related to the regulatory landscape of the Business / Function2. Understand the business/industry/products/customers of PDAX and having commercial judgement3. Ensure the Business / Function complies with the letter and spirit of relevant regulations in order to deliver fair outcomes for customers and embedding a robust risk management culture within PDAX's business processes4. Ensure compliance and enabling the business at the same time through win-win outcomes whenever possible5. Work proactively with the Business / Function to ensure best practices are followed in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policy6. Support the Compliance Team with regards to the following:- Program and Policy Writing and Implementation- Compliance Testing- Monitoring, Investigation and Reporting- Communication, Information Dissemination- All other Tasks that may be asked by Management from time to time.# Qualifications1. Education- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Finance, or related courses.2. Specialized knowledge- Understanding of Philippine Laws especially Banking Laws, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Commercial Law, and other relevant laws.- Ability to understand and analyze contracts.- Understanding of Manual of Regulation for Non-Banking Financial Institutions and relevant BSP Circulars.3. Abilities and Skills- Excellent project and time management skills.- Strong research skills.- Creativity- Strong problem-solving skills.- Strong communication skills.- Willingness to sit at desk for extended periods.4. Other Desirable Characteristics- Hard working- Diligent- Trustworthy- Ability to work with mínimal supervision- Ability to respond quickly and prudently on matters concerning the task and duties assigned- Resourceful- Ability to anticipate contingencies concerning the nature of the assigned work5. Professional Certification/License- Strategic Compliance for Banking Industry preferred but not required.- Certified AML Specialist is preferred but not required- Certified Risk Analyst is preferred but not required.6.
