Proposes monthly physical count schedules for retail stores and consigned/dealers stores to Audit Supervisor
E-mails consignment stores for approval of schedule for inventory audit
Prepares master file of items through NAV (accounting system) before inventory audit
Conducts actual physical count inventory to retail stores upon Retail Area Manager's approval
Scans entire items of stores including items for service, for pull out, etc.
Checks petty cash balance per retail store
Conducts cycle count inventory for provincial store/s through e-mail
Conducts quarterly actual physical count for warehouse, exhibit, sale, etc.
Performs weekly monitoring of items for consignment and demo presentation
Randomly checks unposted sales invoices on NAV (accounting system)
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related business course
With at least (1) year of experience in Inventory Audit procedure
Application of Knowledge in Inventory Auditing procedure
Proficiency in various spreadsheet applications
Professional Conduct - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Analytical skills - Ability to systematically reconcile and settle discrepancies
Accuracy - Keen attention to details
Effective correspondence - Ability to communicate well through various mediums
