JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of BS in Accountancy (CPA is preferred but not required)At least 3 years experience as SupervisorSPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure awareness of all policies and procedures of the company as reference of audit activities.Responsible for the daily supervision of Audit Staff and the completion of performanceevaluation.Assist in developing annual audit plan, budget and timeline for upcoming audit activities.Develop and modify the audit plan, budget and timeline for upcoming audit activities.Support the implementation and execution of the audit plan, monitoring compliance, preparingand presenting audit findings and recommendations to Audit Manager.Assist the Audit Manager in managing the Audit Department administratively.Help resolve the problems and concerns faced by the subordinates and provide appropriatesolutions to promote teamwork.
