Audit Supervisor

AUDIT SUPERVISORQUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business course graduate.•At least 3 years experience as supervisor.RESPONSIBILITIES: •Ensure awareness of all policies and procedures of the company as reference of audit activities.•Responsible for the daily supervision of Audit Staff and the completion of performance evaluation.•Assist in developing annual audit plan, budget and timeline for upcoming audit activities.•Develop and modify the audit plan, budget and timeline for upcoming audit activities.•Support the implementation and execution of the audit plan, monitoring compliance, preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations to Audit Manager.•Assist the Audit Manager in managing the Audit Department administratively.•Help resolve the problems and concerns faced by the subordinates and provide appropriate solutions to promote teamwork.SALARY AND BENEFITS:•P35,000 – P40,000•15- DAY SL AND VL (CONVERTIBLE TO CASH)•After ONE year as a Regular Employee:•Quarterly Rice Ration (50 kilos)•Monthly 1 Gallon Oil Ration•P 25,000.00 hospitalization benefit•Dental check-up•P 14,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event the employee dies)•P 6,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event an immediate family dies•Paid training and seminars•Yearly Performance AppraisalWORK LOCATION:•San Juan City
