Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Law or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Contract position(s) available.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Laws
Experience: At least three (3) years relevant experience
Training: At least 16 hours relevant training
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Bar)3
Attorney IV has the following key functional responsibilities:
1. Represent and defend the Corporation in all cases filed by or against the Corporation;
2. Prepare pleadings, legal documents, and communications on legal queries;
3. Conduct relevant research and assist in the preparation of legal opinions and reports to the pertinent committees of the Corporation;
4. Provide legal advice and/or assistance to other groups and personnel of the Corporation;
5. Assist in the preparation and review of all contracts and other legal documents entered into by the Corporation;
6. Prepare relevant research for legal opinions aimed to resolve complex corporate legal affairs issues;
7. Assist in recommending appropriate actions for the implementation of all contracts and other legal documents entered into by the Corporation; and,
8. Perform other related functions as may be directed.
