Job Responsibilities:
? Provides expert and strategic legal advice to management based on integrity and ethics ? Sets internal governance policies in accordance with GCG rules and guidelines, and manages the
impact of external factors? Help establish and maintain the dispute resolution process of the company ? Anticipates legal issues and estimates risks strategically? Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks? Drafts agreements and reviews all contracts prior to execution, minimizing risks and maximizing legal
rights? Ensures compliance with OGCC, GCG, and all relevant government laws, rules, and regulations; and ? Keep abreast of legislative changes and update Management accordingly.
