Atm Technician

Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and/or any related activities. Provides on-site support including repair, maintenance, and parts replacement services.Duties and Responsibilities:Repairs device and/or partsInstalls and/or replace partsLoads and/or upgrade softwareTroubleshoots onsite and provides root cause analysis to customer/sDoes preventive maintenanceTrains/guides bank staff and officers for First Line MaintenanceMaintains/follows the Service Level Agreement as defined in the Customer's ContractHandles customer complaints professionallyCoordinates with immediate supervisor for any concerns/issues that may arise during corrective/preventive maintenance activitiesQualifications:College Graduate orAt least 2nd-year College level orGraduate of Computer Related CourseWilling to undergo a 2-month training in the Head Office - Bagong Ilog, Pasig CityAvailability to start as soon as possibleJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
