Asst. Warehouse Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:Receipt of Incoming Deliveries and Incoming Warehouse Inventory:1. Ensure all incoming deliveries are accurate2. Responsible in identifying location storage for items delivered3. Ensure all items "Passed" incoming inspection of QC4. Ensure "Conditionally Accepted" items are tagged and coordinated with QC (Warehouse tag should indicate when it will be completed)Storage:1. Ensure that items inside the warehouse are with warehouse tag and easily identifiable 2.Ensure that items are in its allocated storage location3.Ensure that safety stock level is maintained4.Responsible in ensuring incoming deliveries has space allocation5. Responsible in submission monthly monitoring report of slow moving, non-moving and non-conforming items for all warehouses.Picking:1. Ensures that FIFO is implementedWarehouse Issuance to Production1. Ensures that Production Material items is complete and available (all parts)2. Ensures that all raw materials that needs to undergo second process is coordinated with QC and QITWarehouse Issuance Stock transfer to Province:1. Ensures that IRS is served within the lead time 2. Prepares IRS plan and proforma packing list3. Prepares IRS allocation plan (coordinates with VISMIN)Stock transfer to another Warehouse:1. Responsible in coordination of stock transfer and refilling of Main warehouse safety stock level2. Ensure that items at all warehouses are accounted3. Ensure that items are in its allocated storage locationCycle Counting:1.Ensure in performing cycle count schedulesUpdating of Records1.Ensure that Daily Actual inventory is tally with Excel monitoring and SBO record5S:1. Responsible in the implementation of 5SImprovement:1. He will act as Team Leader of the assigned product line group2. He will be responsible in assigning functions of the team members to meet the operational requirements3. Responsible in attending pocket meeting and ensure that all related (product group) concern is addressed 4. Responsible in making sure that KPIs are being met5. Ensure that SOP, Policies and Warehouse procedures are consistently implemented (e.g. stocking, receiving and issuances)Specific Knowledge and SkillsGraduate of Engineering Course preferably Industrial Engineering.Must have minimum 3-5 yrs. experience in the same capacity.Planning & time management skills LeadershipAnalytical skillsPresentation skillsWritten & oral communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
