Asst. Project Manager

1. Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
2. Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
3. Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
4. Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
5. Managing supplier relationships
6. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
7. Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
8. Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events
9. Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
10.Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
11.Provides the documents; inventory forms, checklist and other documents needed for project monitoring.
12.Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
13.Monitoring project progress and performance.
14.Providing status reports to the client
15.Managing project training within the defined budget.
16.Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management.
17.Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
18.Part of final approval of the design specification.
19.Field work within different areas Nationwide depending on the project scope of work.
20.Post Evaluation after project execution.
21.Manpower training per project basis.
