Responsible for conducting pre-process and process training to new hires and evaluate their performance based on their competencies.
Conducts training classes, which include content about the job, the Company, and different client programs.
Conduct Pre & Post assessment to identify any red flags.
Provide performance feedback to class participants; responsible for the professional development of the customer service and support staff.
Communicates with various departments within the organization, including resource planning, human resources, and quality.
Assists Operations with understanding agent opportunities and updating training programs to meet those needs.
Must have initiative and good presentation skills.
Must be organized, accurate, thorough and is able to respond well to management direction.
Must be knowledgeable in adjusting the teaching methods according to the trainees’ personalities.
Experience in Training/Teaching is a big advantage.
Accomplishes accurate training reports.
Provides Training Needs Analysis.
Helps in creating training modules/curriculum other tasks that may be required/assigned by the manager as required by the business
Facilitate classroom and virtual training classes
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; with a firm foundation on English grammar and composition and with strong public speaking ability.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent Organizational and planning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent computer skills.
Analytic and Results Oriented.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
