DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead the creative vision and conceptualization of marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and brand collateral, in collaboration with the marketing team.- Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and design layouts that align with the brand identity and effectively communicate the desired message.- Direct the creation of visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, photography, and video, ensuring high quality and consistency across all channels.- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creative professionals to bring creative concepts to life and execute integrated marketing campaigns.- Provide guidance and feedback to creative team members, including designers, illustrators, and photographers, to ensure alignment with the project objectives and brand standards.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and visual communication, and incorporate innovative ideas into creative projects.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.- Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer in a creative agency or marketing department for at least 1-2 years.- Exceptional design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, conceptual thinking, and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).- Leadership abilities, with experience leading and inspiring creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, visual communication, and marketing.- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain brand consistency and adhere to creative briefs and brand guidelines.- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster a positive and supportive creative culture.- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, adapt to changing priorities, and find innovative solutions to design challenges.
