Responsibilities
• Calculate and analyze Worldwide Product Costs for New Products• Analyze changes in product costs and their impact on gross margin• Collaborate with global teams to support cost reduction initiatives• Implement process improvement solutions• Ensure SOX compliance and provide audit support• Provide financial guidance to business partners• Analyze and interpret financial results• Collaborate with partners to influence strategic decision making• Identify cost savings and optimization opportunities• Perform scenario analysis and costing harmonization

• Strong analytical, accounting/financial, and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of general financial controls and processes• Effective communication and collaboration skills• Ability to work well under pressure and be result-oriented• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills• Excellent presentation skills• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and related financial systems
