Job Description:Generate sales from new and existing group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing groupbusiness in line with First Life's goal of increasing its revenues and profitability.Qualifications:Education and Experience? College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or otherrelated fields.? Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses? At least five-year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales)Ability to? Communicate and interact in a professional manner? Negotiate/persuade others for the Company? Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account? Supervise sales team and support services? Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level? Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients?
