Position: ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR (SALES SUPERVISOR - GROUP INSURANCE)Work Location: MakatiVacancy Count: 1Job Description:Generate sales from new and existing group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing groupbusiness in line with First Life's goal of increasing its revenues and profitability.Qualifications:Education and Experience:• College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or otherrelated fields.• Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses.• At least five-year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales).Ability to:• Communicate and interact in a professional manner.• Negotiate/persuade others for the Company.• Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account.• Supervise sales team and support services.• Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level.• Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients.• Explain and confidently provide answers to queries re policy provisions and other related topics.
