Job Description:
The Asst. Store Supervisor is accountable for overall customer satisfaction by ensuring all store personnel under his/her consistently delivers ultimate shopping experience. The Asst. Store Supervisor is responsible for selling floor leadership with the overall goal of customer satisfaction. He/She is accountable for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, merchandising standards, store operations and development of assigned store personnel in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College egree in any field. With at least minimum 2 years experience in the retail or food industry is preferred Has worked in the Retail industry handling high-end brand is definitely a PLUS Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers and remains flexible to the needs of the business Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Visual Merchandising, Inventory, Cashiering (POS), Sales, Leadership, Retail Management, People Management Values Integrity, Punctuality and Teamwork Proficient in MS Office applications Can start ASAP
