Assist in planning construction operations and sequences.a.2 Identify and highlight possible risk on project.a.3 Prepares all for approvals that needs signature.a.4 Creating OSM list for approval, collecting OSM specifications, scheduling OSM deliveriesB. Documentingb.1 Responsible for applying for, tracking, and expediting project permits.b.2 In charge of safekeeping the project document and knowledgeable in the documentation process.b.3 Assist PM with subcontractor coordination, safety and quality management, and job site reporting controls.b.4 Checking the drawings and details and ensure that the approved documents are in conformity with site conditions.b.5 Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager.b.6 creates inventory list for monitoring purposes, (OSM, Contractor's supply, delivered items on site)b.7 In-charge of the ff. project reports: b.7.1. Coordination report with: GenCon, SubCon, Client, Designer, Supplier, Local Government b.7.2 Weekly report to Client b.7.3 day-to-day timeline changes b.7.4 Master list of: Change Orders (Deductive / Additive), Delivery, OSM Approvals, Finishing Installations, Minutes of the meeting, RFI's, RFA's, Memos. b.7.5 Documenting daily site photos report b.7.6 Close out documents compilationb.8 Assist in necessary project documentation.C. Coordinatingc.1 Coordinates with Project Manager/Designer/Contractor/Supplierc.2 Works with accounting to maintain subcontractor and vendor requirements for payment processing.c.3 Assist in preparation of project close-out requirements including unit cost history, operations and maintenance manuals, punch-list management, and agency inspections.c.4 Interact with Project Manager and other for clarification in design/ RFI etc.c. 5 Ensure that communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the proper team of concerned workforce.c.6 Ensuring that logistics assistance is ready when needed by the project. Therefore, sourcing of logistics company, preparing for the evaluation for awarding.D. Supervising / Commanding / Controllingd.1 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force. Reports can be done while on site, spending almost most of the working hours on site for close monitoring esp. peak of construction.d.2 Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.d.3 To execute assigned works such that they are completed within the time, productivity and quality requirements of the contract while adhering to the company's safety practices and manpower productivity, assigning and efficiently distribute available resources and materials.d.4 Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site.d.5 Conducting regular job site inspections.d.6 Accurately inventorying the jobsite and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained.d.7 Monitoring OSM delivery schedules, inspection of the arrived OSM items, supervising daily progress of OSM installationd.8 Performs other related duties as assigned.
