Assistant Pastry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Assisting Pastry Chef in managing cold kitchen (i.e., preparations of breads, dressings, pastries, cakes, etc.)• Cleanliness of cold kitchen• Care and maintenance of cold kitchen equipment• Assisting Pastry Chef with menu creationQUALIFICATIONS:• At least 2 years' experience in the making of breads, cakes, desserts, pastries, etc.• Knowledgeable in recipe costing and menu development.• Take direction from Pastry Chef.• Must be a resident of El Nido or willing to be assigned in El Nido.
