Job Summary: Typical responsibilities include: participating in planning and implementing marketing strategies; meeting with departments to provide consultation and to assess products and programs; and, writing and designing proposals, advertisements, and internal communication pieces. Job Responsibilities: Confers with teams to provide marketing consultation. Assesses products and programs and makes recommendations for profit potential via marketing programs. Develops related strategies and provides training on how to implement strategies. Creates written plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation, message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and/or other related issues. Develops and designs proposals, advertisements, internal communication pieces, and/or other related collateral materials and participates and oversees the production of such materials by providing direction to applicable individuals. Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast. Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities; conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers. Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements. Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities; regularly conduct marketing research (industry trends, e-commerce marketplace activities and competitive analysis) to generate customer insights to improve marketing strategy and communications, including competitors' social media activities, results. Offline and Online Advertising knowledge to implement integrated marketing using Social Media, Targeted marketing, BTL and ATL to generate leads across all platforms to build and manage the company's brand presence online and offline. Analyze customers/consumers trends to explore new way to engage, identify new social networks and create demand generation. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in managing marketing and communication activities, and supervisory experience; ideally and added advantage with experience in F&B/FMCG Industry. Skills in managing projects , handling multiple tasks simultaneously, developing marketing strategies, communicating effectively through oral and written mediums, and problem solving. Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts. Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines. Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, Tiktok, etc) Required language: proficient in English and Malay, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
