Job Title **:Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition Brand & Marketing**Location**:Taguig City**Work Arrangement**:Hybrid set up****Compensation**:- **90k basic pay + 2,500 NTA****Requirements**:- Previous recruitment experience in a high-volume environment- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition Marketing and Brand experience in a BPO environment- Experience in talent research, building talent pools and mapping, using creative techniques, tools, and channels to engage with talent- Experience utilizing Boolean, X-ray and Advanced Search methods- Working closely with the company's Creative & Branding Team in coming up with marketing pieces like flyers, posters, boards, etcetera.- Responsible for strategic and day-to-day recruitment marketing activities at the local level and for contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team of the site.**Salary**: Up to Php90,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- Shift systemSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Talent Acquisition: 5 years (preferred)
