Assistant Manager (Operations)

Responsibilities
• Strictly implements Front Office, Housekeeping and Accounting standards set by the Head Office• Monitors expenses and ensures adherence to the budget• Establishes and implements strict controls in linen and toiletries inventory, payment acceptance and remittance, and OR issuance• Deals and resolves complaints of guests and unit concerns• Maintains good rapport with unit owners and guests• Reports directly to the Sr. Manager and reports to the Head Office when needed
Requirements
• College graduate of any business/hotel course• At least 5 years of work experience in a hotel, preferably with supervisory skills• Previous employment in a 5-star hotel is an advantage• Amenable to shifting schedules; may have to report on holidays and other declared non-working holidays• Strong analytical, leadership, planning and problem-solving skills• Excellent customer service and communication skills; proficient in both English and Filipino languages• Has an understanding of financial statements• Above average computer skills (MS Office) and knows how to engage in social media
