Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards. Lead and motivate a team of agents to achieve performance targets and exceed client expectations. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and resolve operational issues. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery and maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Previous experience in a BPO environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
