Responsibilities
• Monitoring work volume, turnaround time, quality, and Service Level Agreement terms• Forecasting revenue and production targets• Handling staffing requirements and selecting applicants• Preparing manpower plan and reviewing processes for improvements• Coordinating with Support Department for resource requirements• Participating in acquisition of new accounts and preparing production reports• Implementing company policies and maintaining client communication
Requirements
• Minimum of five (5) years Team Lead / Assistant Manager experience• Experience in Medical Documentation (HIPAA Law, Utilization Review, Impairment Ratings, ICD Codes, CPT Codes, Appeals on the Provider Side)• Bachelor's degree in Health Allied Course• Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management and client• High level of integrity, judgment, and follow through• People-oriented, strong coaching and leadership skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Technology savvy and efficient in MS Office
