Assistant Business Manager ( Abm)- Baybay, Leyte

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
To Manage daily branch operations consistent with the Unibank's internal controls; approved policies and regulatory requirements
Spearheads initiatives in increasing the branch business volume and profitability
Promote employee engagement
Acts as Branch Operations Head
Ensures that all branch operations are performed in accordance with BPI policies
Manages Branch cash handling operations in accordance to proper protocols and efficient cash management
Candidate must be a resident of Ormoc City.
