1. Ensure proper documentation of each vehicle sale by processing all the pertinent papers.2. Establish the said standard documentation process.3. Take ownership of bank financing transactions related to vehicle sales, from filing credit applications & securing bank approvals to booking accounts & collecting proceeds & incentives.4. Process sales of items ancillary to vehicle sales, primarily insurance, and accessories.5. Take ownership of vehicle inventory, including proper monitoring, purchase order processing & assignments to sales.6. Prepare reports related to vehicle inventory.7. Perform another task that will be agreed between you and your direct line manager.Qualifications*1. Graduate of any business course.2. Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.3. Preferably with prior experience as admin staff or assistant sales admin.4. Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills.5. A team player with a high level of dedication.
