Area Supervisor

Job Description:
Coordinates regularly with the Business Unit Manager for any changes/improvements in the store Represent the area in regular sales meeting/business planning Ensures that stores meet or surpasses its sales target Maintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standards Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
