Area Sales Officer (Cebu - Field Work)

An Area Sales Officer is the one who is responsible in providing guidance and assistance to the dealers and partners of the retail fuel business. This role is concerned with two primary objectives: (1) promoting revenue growth by guaranteeing that the target volume of products is sold and (2) safeguarding the brand reputation by ensuring strict compliance to its standard operating procedures.TO-DO LIST (Can you do these?)Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success.Set standards and objectives for retail fuel stations.Optimize and oversee operations to achieve monthly to annual sales goalsConducting strategic promotional activitiesHandle all retail stations in Central Visayas with coordination to dealers for all day-to-day operationsUndertake sound financial management to ensure that retail fuel stations are profitable and stay within budget.Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines.Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.Finding new prospect dealersReport to senior executives on progress and issues.Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.CHECKLIST (Do you have these?)At least a graduate of a 4-year program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Must have at least 1-2 years of sales experience in petroleum industryPreferably at least 2 years of sales experience in other industries if not petroleumMust be a resident of CebuHas a driving licenseWilling to do field work across Central Visayas
