Area Retail Sales Coordinator

- Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.- Ensuring sales staff are following and complying with rules and regulations and policies of the company.- Taking orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.- Monitoring and creating sales, inventory, bad orders report and the likes in a timely manner.Requirement and Qualification:- 1 or more years experience in sales.- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.- Good team development and leadership skills.- Computer literate- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Good communication, sales, and customer service skills.-The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
