At Sterling Land, we believe that building homes means design with integrity, profits with conscience and success with God's providence. ARCHITECTURAL APPRENTICE General Function:- To assist in creating a design concept that meets the requirement of the client. Usually works on a project from start to finish and coordinates with other professions of trade. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in creating a design concept that meets the design brief given.Provide technical and administrative support to a group of architects.Assist in punchlisting of housing units.Producing detailed working drawings and specifications.Site visit to check conformity.Job Qualifications: Must be Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureFresh graduates are welcomeEfficient, well-organized & hardworkingWilling to be assigned at Insular Life, Cebu Business Center.Working hours are from 8:00AM to 5:48PM, Monday to Friday.Monthly allowance is provided.
