DEMPSEY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, INC.Monthly Salary PHP: NEGO OR STATE YOUR EXPECTED SALARY Location: Interior Provincial Road, Pulong Gubat, BALAGTAS, BULACANIndustry: FOOD MANUFACTURERWORK SCHEDULE:7am – 7pm shifting schedule, 6 days a weekJOB DESCRIPTION:•Facilitates execution of production instructions by allocating appropriate resources•Ensures product and process compliance in adherence to regulatory compliance by issuing instructions and reviewing or monitoring relevant KPIs•Measures, analyses and controls the: line efficiency, material usage and productivity variance by using available systems and tools•Reviews process failures and executes continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities, accessing proposals and implementation•Prepares related information and participates wherever necessary in standard audits (HACCP, ISO, GMP etc.)•Trains the team on manufacturing process, technology and standard operating procedures•Communicates the flow of information from the management to Production staff and vice versaJOB QUALIFICATIONS:•With Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Technology or other related courses•With at least 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical company•With strong leadership, decision making and good analytical skills•Excellent in verbal and written communication skills•Must be a keen observerSend your resume with at least 2-3 background references to: ****** person: Chansie Montes – Dempsey ESA07Please always double check you're giving the correct contact details.
