Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate and work closely with business users, technical stakeholders, and/or vendors in IT projects as the liaise for Data Analytics Team
Lead detailed end-to-end data analysis activities and requirement documentation.
Understand and define data requirements in an IT projects including data sources, transformation and migration requirements.
Build designs that will ensure project adheres to data and AI standards and governance processes and standards and data analytics services.
Define and implement migration plans from source system as needed. Define APIs to be used or developed based on data requirements
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test results relating to data and data quality.
Provide support on change management process, user training, and other change management requirements.
Build and maintain application data analysis governance processes and standards that is used by the team as guiding principle/process for the said role
Support initiatives running in the data analytics organization which may include design/development of data engineering technical stack or modeling by data science team, data platform initiatives.
Provide operations support to data platforms.
Prepares, in close co-operation with architects and analysts, the technical conditions of contract for the services that are required to maintain the IT systems within the applications domain or by project deliveries
Manages and ensures that the application domain architecture and blueprint including end to end service delivery model and agreements are maintained and updated in CMDB and KMDB
Captures and transfers the knowledge of the applications domain in close co-operation with vendors upon service delivery
Handles business relationship with Local BU's/Tribes to ensure support, timely decision-making, and management of application service delivery to meet business requirements which may include but not limited to IT Operating Level Agreements and Application Service Delivery reviews with the business units
Establishes service management processes for data analytics applications and platforms and ensures the team meets the said processes.
Works closely with IT Service Delivery team on monitoring and controlling deliver of IT Services including those of vendors/partners in relation to his/her business relationship management role with business units/tribes
Implements managed services agreements and co-ordinate the activities for maintaining the application services with business stakeholders and the product specialists in the unit
Provides support for estimates of work and costs
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:Demonstrable extensive experience in IT full stack solutioning, and application management preferably in data analytics platform
In-depth technical knowledge and affinity with application services and the modern technologies on which they are built on
Innovative, proactive, creative, well-organized and able to easily adapt to various technologies
Great interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to manage work with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Willingness and desire to learn new environment and tools and advance your knowledge. Keeps up to data with new research and integrated applications in the area of data science.
Able to work with loosely defined requirements and exercise analytical skills to clarify questions, share methodology/approach, and build/test solutions.
Understanding of Project Management and Software Development Life
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:Must have understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Background in business analysis, data analysis, and/or project management
Background on Azure fundamentals is a plus
Experience working with diverse set of data sources and off-the shelf/enterprise/bespoke applications
