Ap Payments Specialist

Run a daily payment proposal using appropriate payment methods for vendors, employees and customers.
Process urgent payments as needed.
Create manual payments through bank portal and Themis.
Responsible for clearing manual payments in SAP.
Provide remittance details as requested by the affiliate/s.
Perform second-level review and validation of payment runs.
Handle queries from assigned countries that should be responded immediately to avoid escalations.
Assist in the timely resolution of escalated tickets.
Provide various payment and management reports as required.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or other related fields.
At least 3 years ofAP Payments experience gained from a Shared Services or BPOenvironment.
SAP experience in Paymentsprocess is required.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially for MS Excel.
Amenable to work on anight shift schedule.
