By ensuring the availability of clean, structured data, the Analytics Engineer empowers the company to make data-driven decisions, optimize operations, and maintain a competitive edge in the remote work industry.
The impact you'll make: Data Infrastructure: Design, build, and manage data pipelines and ETL processes for dependable data flow. Analytics and Modeling: Develop analytics models to find trends and patterns that can inform business decisions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and turn these into clear technical plans. Reporting and Visualization: Create dashboards and reports that give stakeholders the insights they need, when they need them. Performance Optimization: Improve data systems for better performance and usability. Requirements 2+ years in data engineering or analytics roles. Strong skills in SQL and Python or similar for data tasks. Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes. Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics techniques. Familiar with cloud data services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Good at solving problems and analyzing data.
