**Responsibilities****Duty 1: Metrics, Reporting and Analytics**- Extracts/generates quantitative information from databases using intermediate coding (e.g. tables, basic queries) Ex. Spend and On Time delivery. Combines extracted data from different system tools in one single database using tables and intermediate queries (MS Access)- Communicates with resource person to get input/raw data needed for report generation- Performs data validation to achieve data consistencyCalculates data using available fields within the gathered information. (basic math).- Analyzes the data and provides in depth interpretation and recommendation based on findings (e.g. price parity, dpo parity, KPI metrics) thru comparative analysis (e.g. comparing actuals vs historical information)- Creates supply chain related reports based on standard templates using multiple sources (financial exhibits, etc.)- Creates, develops or updates work instruction for standard processes or activities.- Identifies continuous improvement project ideas.- Conducts basic/overview/ awareness training on product, process and ERP/business**Duty 2: System Support and Maintenance**- Extracts/generates quantitative information from databases using intermediate coding (e.g. tables, basic queries) Ex. Spend and On Time delivery. Combines extracted data from different system tools in one single database using tables and intermediate queries (MS Access)- Maintains the business system and track changes in data to ensure data integrity (ex parts analysis, IM administration and other business system tools)- Modifies and tests data load script to automatically upload data to the system- Validates, encodes changes related to the system (e.g. part number, collection plan) and completes the setup based on agreed turn-around-time- Troubleshoots basic technical errors (e.g. no spend, MIN spend vs IM spend, undefined characters, pass/fail option of collection is not working)- Collaborate and communicate with suppliers, get commercial information (e.g. transfer price, lead time) or other related information needed to update the system- Creates, develops or updates work instruction for standard processes or activities.- Identifies continuous improvement project ideas.**Duty 3: e-Sourcing**- Coordinates and routes information and updates to POC and suppliers through meetings (calls) and e-mal- Collects, analyzes, reviews and ensures accurateness of all commercial and engineering (drawings and specification) data that will be used in the eSourcing event.- Prepare documentation (e.g. opportunity overview, RFQ, supplier agreement, cost breakdown file) for the eSourcing event.- Handles the parameter set-up and execution of an eSourcing event.- Responds to basic (e.g. event parameters) issues or concerns by providing recommendation and solution.- Responds to complex (e.g. engineering, commercial) issues or concerns by providing recommendation and solution.- Conducts eSourcing training to suppliers- Provides bid summary report- Facilitates the online bid award- Creates, develops or updates work instruction for standard processes or activities.- Identifies continuous improvement project ideas.**Duty 4: Contract Management**- Gathers data from various data sources (e.g. cost breakdown, Schedule, POC, parts, price list, T&C)- Validates the correctness and completeness of the data by performing clean-up, normalization, formatting using MS excel formulas- Collects and uploads legacy contracts in ECM- Encodes pricing agreement using standard template (e.g. LOI, PAS, Supplier Schedule A)- Creates or revise contract using ECM (e.g. MBUSA, BUSA, MSA, SA, PC).- Routes and coordinates contract approval and revision updates between commodity managers and legal department.- Communicates new pricing agreement with the supplier to the EMS site- Directs supplier to comply with pricing agreement- Collects, analyzes, reviews and ensures accurateness of all commercial and engineering (drawings and specification) data that will be used in the eSourcing event.- Prepare documentation (e.g. opportunity overview, RFQ, supplier agreement, cost breakdown file) for the eSourcing event.- Handles the parameter**Requirements**:- **Education**:BS IE, BS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT, BSBA in Supply Chain, Purchasing or other Engineering/Management related discipline- **Job Related Experience**:- At least 2.5 years combined related experience in Buying, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and data mining, manipulation, analysis and reporting of supply chain data- **Specific Knowledge**:- Basic understanding of MRP, ERP and SRM systems and tools- Familiarity with basic commodities- Able to read, analyze & interpret various data types in Excel, Outlook or PDF formats- Has experience in analyzing data in different formats and finding commonalities or discrepancies- Can understand/interpret technical documents such as product datasheets & price lists, manuals, cata
