In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: To assist in the purchasing of goods and services by converting purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase orders (PO), creating AR POs, and monitoring and managing min-max planning for indirect materials. To provide system training and support to suppliers and requesters. To perform system maintenance by keeping all current data updated for planning purposes. To perform inventory monitoring and supply chain analytics. Who You Are: You push yourself and help others achieve results. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.
For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related courses. 1-2 years of experience in the Supply Chain, specifically material management, supplier communication, report analytics, procurement functions, or other related fields. Working knowledge in the Supply Chain, with a strong background in analysis and/or quantitative problem-solving. Proficiency in Google Suite applications and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros), PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Knowledge of computer database programs and ERP systems such as Oracle, Business Intelligence, and data visualization tools like DOMO, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
